Carmody is the king single room on the main level, facing east.

Willowmere is a double room on the main level, facing east and adjoins the kitchen/informal dining room.

The main level bathroom is three-way, with separate vanity, separate toilet. The room with the bath and shower lead from Avonlea via a sliding door.
